There is normally a service every Sunday in St. James's Church, except on the fifth Sunday of the month when there tends to be a Joint Service in Moreton.  On the third Sunday we often  hold a Messy Church at 4 in the afternoon in the Village Hall.

The church is very much at the heart of the vibrant Longborough community, has very good links with the school in the village, where we run an Open the Book team, and is full for services at Christmas and Easter.  It is beautifully and lovingly kept, the ceiling and back wall have been recently repainted, and the recent addition of a glass screen to separate off the Sezincote Aisle has proved a wonderful boon.

From time to time the church holds concerts, and the next one will take place on Saturday 28th May when a group of young singers from Wells Cathedral School will be sharing their love of music in a "Spring Serenade".  Great music, beautiful setting, and wonderful canapes!

The church is well worth a visit outside services as well - it has  a fascinating history!  And don't miss out on the wonderful Sezincote Fete - next one in June 2018!
